Class org.apache.hadoop.ipc.Server

Added Constructors
Server(String, int, Class, int, Configuration, String, SecretManager)	Constructs a server listening on the named port and address.

 

Added Methods
RpcMetrics getRpcMetrics()	Returns a handle to the rpcMetrics (required in tests)
ServiceAuthorizationManager getServiceAuthorizationManager()	Returns a handle to the serviceAuthorizationManager (required in tests)
void refreshServiceAcl(Configuration, PolicyProvider)	Refresh the service authorization ACL for the service handled by this server.

 

Changed Methods
void authorize(UserGroupInformation, ConnectionHeader, String)	Change in signature from (Subject, ConnectionHeader) to (UserGroupInformation, ConnectionHeader, String).	Authorize the incoming client connection.
void start()	Change in exceptions thrown from java.io.IOException to no exceptions.	Starts the service.
