Added Constructors
GenericOptionsParser(String[])	Create an options parser to parse the args.
GenericOptionsParser(Options, String[])	Create an options parser with the given options to parse the args.

 

Changed Constructors
GenericOptionsParser(Configuration, String[])	Change in exceptions thrown from no exceptions to java.io.IOException.	Create a GenericOptionsParser to parse only the generic Hadoop arguments.
GenericOptionsParser(Configuration, Options, String[])	Change in exceptions thrown from no exceptions to java.io.IOException.	Create a GenericOptionsParser to parse given options as well as generic Hadoop options.
